Planning for Twelve Days of Queermas 2020

It’s December! I know I’ve been slacking in blogging recently as the semester is closing and everything is super hectic. Once I finish my final exam and turn in my final portfolio for class next week, I promise I’ll be blog hopping again and replying to comments, doing tags, etc. Oh, and I still haven’t posted a November wrap-up yet! Sneak peak: I’ve read 13 books in November and found my favorite book ever in Cantoras (my review here)!

This month, Sapphic Saturday (Arin and Brittany) is hosting Twelve Days of Queermas from the 13th to the 24th in addition to the monthly/bi-monthly 24-hour readathon on December 19th!

Planning for November’s Sapphic Saturday 2020

Last month was my first time participating in Sapphic Saturday readathon, and I had so much fun! I also planned beforehand, aiming for a blackout bingo card and succeeded. Yay! This month, I’m going to relax a bit and pick up books that are already on my recent TBR.

Sapphic Saturday is coming up on November 14th. This monthly/bi-monthly event is a 24-hour sapphic book readathon hosted by Arin and Brittany. I’m also super excited about the one they’re hosting for December! Twelve Days of Queermas! I’ll be planning my TBR for that very soon, too!

Planning for October’s Sapphic Saturday 2020

Hey, lovelies! Again, I have been so caught up with trying to reorder my life (my daily schedule is currently waking up in the evening and going to bed in the morning because midterms and homework messed me up) that I haven’t had the chance to sit down and go through all the awesome posts in the blogosphere. But it will happen very soon and I cannot wait to read about what happened during the past week!

Sapphic Saturday is coming up on October 17th. This monthly/bi-monthly event is a 24-hour sapphic book readathon hosted by Arin (she/her) and Brittany (she/her). It is an awesome event that I have been wanting to participate for a while, and what better time to start than this month?

    Here & Queerathon 2020

Here & Queerathon is hosted by Mel @ Cotton Candy Book Witch, and you can read about their announcement here. Throughout this year, we focus on reading books with LGBTQ+ reps or by LGBTQ+ authors.

Having only just stumbled upon Mel’s blog this month, I am excited to join this reading challenge even though it is already August. Since 2020 is the ultimate queer reading year for me, discovering Here & Queerathon now is perfect.

I am keeping this as a blog post, but it will be updated throughout the rest of 2020 and listed under “Reading Challenge” if you want to follow my journey.
