April 2020 Wrap-Up

Some of you might know that my “day job” is a graduate student. And April was tough for me because I was prepping my oral defense, but I am happy I still got to read a little.

Books I Read

I read 6 books (83% fiction) and 1 short comic, 4 of which are ARCs. Now, I am receiving books from more publishers, including Wednesday Books (imprint of Macmillan and St. Martin’s Press).

  • The Traveling Triple-C Incorporeal Circus by Alanna McFall | ⭐️⭐️⭐️
  • In the Role of Brie Hutchens… by Nicole Melleby | ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
  • Lobizona by Romina Garber | ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
  • Where Dreams Descend by Janella Angeles | ⭐️⭐️
  • On a Sunbeam by Tillie Walden | ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
  • We’re Going to Need More Wine by Gabrielle Union | ⭐️⭐️
